Shihan Ogden began his martial arts training in 1990 and earned the
rank of Shodan in 1994 in Shorin Ryu.  He then began cross training
into Kenshinkan Shorin Ryu under Sensei Kenny Broadway, 6th Dan
and Sensei Bill Brown, 7th Dan.  In 1997, he was promoted to Shodan

Today he continues to train with and act under the auspices of many
notable instructors in Shorin Ryu and other martial arts both
traditional and modern, however, the backbone of what Shihan
Ogden teaches and practices is Okinawan Shorin Ryu Karate-Do.  He
also teaches aspects of other martial arts as part of his curriculum
through training and research that incorporate intricate technical
methodologies from various styles such as Chin-Na, Tuite-Jutsu,
Silat, Kali, Wing Chun, Jujutsu, Hakutsuru, and Goju Ryu.

Currently Mr. Ogden is teaching the adult karate class at Xtreme
Karate and MMA. He also trains under Mr. Rackley in the grappling
